Shipping for New Zealand

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Once shipped, it should be at your doorstep within 2-3 business days.

  • Auckland & North Island: $8
  • South Island: $9.50
  • Rural: $15
  • Waiheke Island $45
  • Please note that orders for Medjoul Dates, Thobes, Cookbooks, Books and Soap will incur an extra shipping cost based on weight and this will be reflected at checkout (only for outside of Auckland).
  • As orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays (to reduce our carbon footprint), the cut off time is 7pm the night before the shipping day. Any orders placed after the cut off time will go to the next shipping schedule.
  • If we are experiencing an influx of orders, we will ship daily.


Shipping for Australia

Orders will cost a flat rate of $20 (some weight based products will add a surcharge to the shipping cost at checkout).

Orders are typically shipped within two business days and shipped via Courier Post. This means it should be at your doorstep within 7 – 10 business days – and often less! 



The shipping fee will cost different for different countries and will be calculated at checkout. Orders are typically shipped within one business day and shipped via Courier Post. This means it should be at your doorstep within 15 -20 business days – and often less!


Customs Information

Commercial invoices will be marked as “Merchandise” and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us immediately. 

If, within 7 days of your original purchase, you find that an item does not fit, we will exchange it for another item of equal or greater value (you will need to pay the difference).

Jewellery & hair accessories, soaps and Medjoul Dates cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your product is returned please ensure it has not been worn, is in its original packaging and still has its tags on it. We will not accept back any worn or damaged items.

All products offered by are subject to availability.

We will not back-order any products that are not currently in stock. In some cases products may have sold out prior to your order being processed and may no longer be available.

If for any reason we determine that an item will not be available, we will notify you immediately by email and cancel the item from your order.


If you receive any incorrect item/s in your order please notify us immediately.

We will then check your original order and if it is confirmed that you have been shipped an incorrect item/s, we will exchange it/them and reimburse your shipping fees for the return of the incorrect item/s. The correct item/s will be dispatched on receipt of the original item/s.

If the item/s you received are different to what you intended or they do not fit, we will exchange them for you but you will be responsible for the shipping of both the returned item/s and the replacement/s.
