Once our makers finish making this Kufiya on the heirloom machine, they send it off to a Palestinian womenβs refugee camp in Jordan where the tatreez (embroidery) is hand sewn on by them and they earn a wage. Thank you for helping us to support them.

Description
Made in Jordan by Palestinian refugees.
The factory that produces our kufiyas was established in the 1950βs in Jericho, Palestine. After the 1967 war, the owners were displaced and sought refuge in Amman, Jordan where they relocated the factory and continued to produce a wide variety of kufiyas and textiles.
