Sweet and juicy Medjoul dates, grown for generations by Palestinian farmers in the fertile pastures of Jericho, a land famous for its natural spring water.
Medjoul dates are often called the ‘King of Dates’ due to their amazing health benefits.
These Palestinian Medjoul dates are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals including dietary fiber, potassium, manganese, copper, B family vitamins, vitamin A, magnesium, and calcium and are packed with energy.
Medjoul Dates can be kept around 3 months at room temperature, up to 12 months at 0-4 degrees and up to two years when frozen at minus 18 degrees Celsius. Note that Medjool Dates – if they are stored correctly in a cool and dry place – do not necessarily go bad, they tend to become dry and/or develop a coat of white sugar crystals on the surface.
